A couple with two young boys who moved back from New York purchased this property in the same area where they grew up.

The couple wanted a spacious house where they could enjoy hosting their friends and family and at the same time accommodates their young boys energetic and musical talents.

The main challenge was to extend the house without undermining its periodic character.  Therefore the extension was designed to gain the maximum light from the North yet to still immerse itself in its lush garden with the Oak tree and the pool.

One important element was missing to make the entertainment nights more lively - a floating drone bar was then designed as a centre piece crafted from reflective mirror and glitzy stainless steel.
